Colour Tokens

In this section, we will attempt to go from a system of colours with tokens potentially numbering into the hundreds, to a system where foreground, background and border colours are configured by a single token each.

Examples are given in the form of a possibly familiar token management UI, along with (very) rough implementations in SCSS/CSS.
